Captain Kidd

Captain Kidd is a merchant captain / pirate who slyly convinces the king of England into commissioning him as an escort to protect a ship full of treasure. He has dishonest intentions for the mission of course, but he later finds out another dishonest person is on board, someone from his past he thought dead. Captain Kidd though he was dead because he left this man to die several years ago. This man and a stranger he is with start to give Captain Kidd a lot of trouble.

Although it’s historically inaccurate, this is a great movie. it stars Charles Laughton and you should watch it right now.
